The exhibition, comprising 119 b\/w photographs, provided an outline of his work in the years between 1951 and 1971. Dennis Stock accompanied the shooting of numerous films and his pictures captured the world of fame and stardom. He documented the American jazz scene and its great personalities, as well as the classical American myths.<br \/>\nThe dream of liberty, mobility and individuality &#8211; the \u201eAmerican way of life\u201c &#8211; is the consistent subject of his work. His photographs depict the world of the American counter culture: colorful festivals in the Southern States, hippies, bikers, and the most diverse ways of life and culture.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The
